Leandri Fick

HEAD OF REDDFORD HOUSE NORTHCLIFF

Leandri has been a part of the Reddford family for the last couple of years, where she has experienced and embraced the warmth, kindness and enthusiasm of the Reddford ethos. Leandri is a wife and mother, an accomplished educator, and a passionate teacher. Her expertise in online learning has been an inspiration, and she has been a huge contributor to the implementation of the Google platform in the Reddford group. She has an honours degree in education management, and is an accomplished IEB assessor and teacher, which fortifies her focus on academic excellence and rigour. She is compassionate, organized, enthusiastic and innovative, this combined with her strong sporting background and her love for the arts, underpins her holistic approach to education.

Our very best wishes accompany her on this challenging and exciting new journey. We have no doubt that her passion and commitment to the students at Reddford and all the staff and parents that support them, will ensure that Reddford House Northcliff will grow from strength to strength.

Grant Ferreira

HEAD OF REDDFORD HOUSE THE HILLS

Grant Ferreira is currently the Head of Campus at Reddford House, The Hills. He has many years’ experience in the business and educational fields. He is well-educated, having obtained his PC Engineering Degree, as well as his MCSD Degree at Varsity College. Soon after obtaining these degrees, he felt the calling to the teaching profession. He obtained his B.Ed Degree in Human Movement Science and Sport Management and taught for eight years at a private school in Pretoria, where he was an Executive Committee Member, Head of House, and Head of Athletics. Because Mr Ferreira has strong leadership and relation-building skills, he was soon offered a position on the Anglo mines where he presented Safety and Leadership courses for three years. However, the calling to teaching remained strong, and he returned to the teaching profession. He remained in the profession and is now successfully steering Reddford House The Hills to a great future.

Besides teaching, Mr. Ferreira has another passion – soccer. He played semi-professional soccer for Arcadia Shephards, and is co-owner of the Glenwegians Soccer Club. Being enthusiastic about sport, he managed to find the time to play in the Premier League Cricket for Tshwane Metro.

He treats his staff, students, and parents with dignity, courtesy and respect, while also promoting open and critical exchange of ideas. He is a highly respected member of the community.

Zain Strydom

HEAD OF REDDFORD HOUSE BLUE HILLS

Zain obtained his Degree in Education and Economic Sciences in 2006, from the University of Johannesburg.  He completed the Leadership Development Programme from Wits Business School as well as the Leading Change and Leading Culture Programmes at Harvard University. He furthered his studies taking several courses such as Philosophy for Children, Critical Thinking, International Baccalaureate Training, Visible Thinking and Reggio Emilia. Zain’s passion for Business Studies, led to his involvement with the IEB (Independent Education Board). He has served as; Cluster Leader, National and Regional Conference Convenor, Regional Portfolio Moderator, Internal ABET Moderator and National Subject Forum Representative. He is currently the IEB Business Studies Paper II Examiner. Through his passion for Business Zain has Authored and Co-Authored a number of school textbooks in the fields of Economic Management Science, Business Studies, Thinking Skills and Critical Thinking. Zain is passionate and enthusiastic about education and is committed to using innovative approaches to get our children FUTURE READY.

Ronel Burger

MANAGING DIRECTOR – REDDFORD HOUSE SCHOOLS

Ronél Burger has had a long and varied career dedicated to educating children ranging from Early Childhood development, to students at post-graduate level. She initially qualified as a teacher in 1971, obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Education & Linguistics at UJ and went on to attain an MBA at WITS. Ronél is passionate about creating an environment of positivity, enthusiasm, support, care and motivation for students to thrive in. She has a strong cultural background and is a great supporter of the Arts. Ronél has a long and successful career in education and contributes a myriad of experience to all aspects of education. Her dedication to lifelong learning, culminated in her achieving a PhD in 2022.

Ravi Nadasen

Ravi Nadasen

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - SOUTH AFRICA

Before joining Inspired, Ravi worked as Chief Operating Officer at Tsogo Sun Hotels, Africa’s leading hotel group. His tertiary education started at the Durban University of Technology (then ML Sultan Technikon) where he obtained a National Diploma in Hotel Management. Some years later he obtained his BTech Management at the University, and concurrently completed the Advanced Business Programme. More recently in 2018 he obtained his MBA from the University of Stellenbosch. He was also fortunate to attend IMD (Institute for Management Development) in Switzerland for two eight-week blocks, where he did a leadership programme.

He has been and is very active in tourism bodies, having been on the board of Cape Town Tourism and a board member of the CT Chamber of Commerce while in Cape Town. He is currently the interim Chairperson of South African Tourism, the Deputy Chairperson and board member of the Tourism Business Council of SA. He was reappointed by the Minister of Tourism for a second term as a member of the B-BBEE Charter Council to advise to advise on the state of transformation in industry.

REDDFORD HOUSE FOUNDER & INSPIRED GROUP PRESIDENT

Graeme Crawford is a renowned educator who began his career as a science teacher and believed that much more could be done to improve educational standards. Driven by his own negative schooling experiences, he began conceiving a school that could provide a rounded education through a dynamic new approach. This was aimed at maximising not just the academic standard, but also the confidence, potential and individuality of each child. Graeme opened his first school in 1993. In the following five years the Crawford Schools grew to 6 in total. In 2000, he founded Reddam House. His impressive track record spans more than two decades and since 1993 Graeme Crawford’s schools have educated more than 32,000 students.

Nadim M Nsouli

INSPIRED FOUNDER & GROUP CHAIRMAN

Nadim M Nsouli founded Inspired in 2013 with the goal of creating a leading global group of premium schools. Starting with Inspired’s first acquisition of Reddam House, a leading group of schools in South Africa, Nadim rapidly expanded the group globally via a series of acquisitions and building greenfield schools while maintaining the focus on only having the best schools around the world as part of the group.

Prior to founding Inspired, Nadim was a partner at Providence Equity Partners, a private equity firm with $40 billion under management. Nadim was also a member of Providence's Global Investment Committee and led Providence's Education investment efforts in Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining Providence in 2006, Nadim was the European head of The Gores Group, a special situations private equity fund based in Los Angeles. Previously, Nadim was a member of the media and telecommunications investment banking teams of Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan in London. Nadim started his career in New York as a corporate lawyer at Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue.

Nadim received a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD with distinction, a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (magna cum laude) from Georgetown University.
